Customer Service

  • Shipping & Delivery

    All products are shipped from the United States of America. We are located in TEXAS.

    We ship our products via Fedex and USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class and Priority Mail. Domestic orders are a flat rate of $5.20 for shipping and handling when using USPS.

    Canadian orders are accepted, but we do not accept responsibility for any issues with other foreign import laws, customs, or foreign postal services. All international shipments will have a tracking number for proof of delivery to the country of the order. Generally international orders arrive within 5-10 days. The cost of international shipping is based of the weight of the shipment and will be displayed at time of checkout.

    Most domestic orders are shipped within 1 business day and will arrive within 2 to 4 business days. Any order placed after 12pm EST will be shipped the following business day. USPS does not deliver packages on holidays or Sundays. All shipments will have a tracking number for proof of delivery to address on the order.

    The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or social security number) on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).     We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of online transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

  • Returns & Replacements

    We are committed to serving the needs of our customers. As your satisfaction is extremely important to us, please first carefully review the below outlined information, and then contact our Customer Service Department based on these instructions so that we may promptly address your needs.

    Due to the strict corporate health policy we have in place for the protection of our customers, once the Dragonfly Products starter set package and/or cartridges have been opened, they cannot be returned for a refund since we cannot re-distribute such opened product to other customers. Replacement or repair of product, therefore, is your exclusive remedy under this warranty.

    You may return unopened items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for the shipping charges to us. Shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE. You may not return e-juice for hygienic reasons and therefore it is NON REFUNDABLE.

    30 Day Limited Warranty: Dragonfly Products warrants only to the original purchaser of this product from a Dragonfly Products authorized reseller or distributor that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the lifetime of the product. This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by:
    1) modification, alteration, repair or service of this product by any persons or company other than Dragonfly Products;
    2) physical abuse to, or misuse of the product or operation thereof in a manner inconsistent with the use indicated in the instructions;
    3) any use of the product other than that for which it was intended; or
    4) shipment of the product to Dragonfly Products for service.

    Any express warranty not provided herein, and any remedy which other than the warranty contained herein that might arise by inference or operation of law, is hereby excluded and disclaimed including the implied warranties of merchantability and of the fitness for a particular purpose.

    Subject to the above warranty, in the event that your Dragonfly Products device fails to operate satisfactorily, or if you would like to make a return for refund (subject to our above return policy), please simply follow these easy steps:

    1. Sign into your Dragonfly eCigs customer account.

    2. View order history and select the relevant order.

    3. On the order detail page, there is a link below each product. Select the link below the product that needs a RMA # for return.

    4. You will see a return request form. If you ordered more than one of a given product, you can change the quantity to reflect how many are being returned. Please include a description on why the product is being returned and the what preferred compensation method will be (refund, exchange, or store credit).

    5. Once you submit a return request, a confirmation screen will appear containing the RMA number. You will also recieve a return request confirmation via email.

    6. Once you have received your RMA#, please securely package your starter kit and/or components, and include within your package a copy of the email from our Customer Service Department indicating your RMA#. If you are experiencing an issue with a product component only, please do not send us your entire starter kit.

    Once our Customer Service Department has received the product you have returned, we will then send you a confirmation email indicating our receipt of same, and our email to you will include an estimated time of delivery of your replacement Dragonfly Products item and/or components.

    Please note that only original and unopened packages are entitled to a refund, less shipping fees incurred, provided that a request for refund is made to our Customer Service Department, along with shipment of product to the above indicated address within 30 days from your purchase date.

    Please include what is wrong with your item. We require that you ship your returns via USPS with tracking, in a protective box or bubble mailer to ensure damage or loss does not occur. We will test your item. If we find that there was nothing wrong with the item you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the item is in fact defective or malfunctioning, we will ship back a new item at our expense.
