The ThermoVape Pure-Flow Filter and moisture conditioner is designed for the expert vaporizer user. It provides direct inline filtration using a medical device grade ceramic with a 100 micron pore size. This traps all but pure vapor from the flow path. The porous ceramic can be saturated with water and it functions as both a filter and a moisture conditioner.
The Filter will never wear out. Simply clean by soaking the entire Pure-Flow in isopropyl alcohol and then rinsing with warm water. The Pure-Flow can also be cleaned and sterilized by boiling for 5 minutes and then running under warm water and boiling for 10 minutes.
The moisture conditioning will cool the vapor as well as adding water vapor and serves to "humidify" the botanical vapor. You simply wet the porous ceramic with is safely contained in a precision machined housing, making sure to shake out, or blow out any excess water, install the moistened Pure-Flow on your ThermoVape and begin enjoying cooler, smoother vapor.
The ThermoVape Pure-Flow works extremely well on the ThermoVape Revolution (sold separately). The restricted airflow of the Pure-Flow Filter help control the draw or inhalation speed and improves the performance of the Revolution for most people. In addition to the improved performance you of course benefit from the filtration which prevents ground solid concentrates from being sucked up into the mouthpiece.
This is only recommended for use on the ThermoVape T1 by experienced or expert vaporists. The more restricted airflow of the of the Pure-Flow filter means there is no warm up time on the ThermoVape T1, and once vapor production begins then the ThermoVape T1 must be pulsed on and off to avoid over heating your botanical. The ThermoVape T1 and Pure-Flow is a powerful and potent combination and there is a Learning Curve. The vapor is much cooler and smoother and as a result it can be difficult to tell how much vapor you are getting.
The wide bore of the included mouthpiece also avows you to use a dropper bottle with water in it to 'direct-drip' 1-2 drop of water onto the ceramic when it becomes dry. This allows you to refresh the moisture conditioning of the Pure-flow with out having to take anything apart. Just drip in a drop and you are back to enjoying smooth, cool vapor.
